Don't Tread On Me

IVM Code Of Conduct

The Media has negatively portrayed Militias, and due to the current political climate, we must hold our conduct to a higher standard. Behavior may be publicly scrutinized and the group on a whole may be judged by the actions of a few. Any voting member has the right to bring up for a vote within their Charter the removal of a member who has demonstrated or communicated violations of this Code or any behavior that is deemed unwarranted.

The following activities will be grounds for immediate removal from IVM:
  • Do not engage in, plan, train, or support illegal activities.
  • Do not engage in, plan, train, or support violent overthrow of Constitutionally lawful government authority.
  • Do not engage in, plan, train, or support any armed conflict with Law Enforcement officials in the lawful pursuit of their duties.
  • Do not engage in, plan, train, or support any unlawful public or civil disobedience.
  • Do not engage in, condone, endorse, or support any discrimination based on race, sex, religion, ethnicity, or handicap.
  • Do not use alcohol or illegal drugs during any IVM event.
